1. Booking and Payments

By booking a tour with Downhill Paradise, you agree to these terms. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

2. Safety and Liability

Adventure sports like skiing, snowboarding, and trekking involve inherent risks. Participants must follow the instructions of our guides. Downhill Paradise is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence of instructions or natural mountain hazards.

3. Equipment

Renters are responsible for the gear provided. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
