Any non-refundable charges, such as transaction fees or third-party booking fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be provided for partially completed tours or unused services.

3. Rescheduling

Customers can request a one-time rescheduling at no extra cost if made at least 7 days before the tour date.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. Refunds will be determined based on specific circumstances.
