1. Cancellation Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
- Operator-Initiated Cancellations:
- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Any non-refundable charges, such as transaction fees or third-party booking fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be provided for partially completed tours or unused services.
3. Rescheduling and Modifications
- Customers can request a one-time rescheduling at no extra cost if made at least 7 days before the tour date.
- Any additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and an administrative fee.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to appear on the scheduled tour date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Force Majeure Clause
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
